Bulgaria's southern Black Sea coast awash in new developments A slew of new projects for vacation villages, hotels and condo communities bunched up along Bulgaria's southern Black Sea coast were presented at the Imoti Expo 2006 property fair that ended in Sofia last week.
After packing with property the Sunny Beach and Golden Sands reports on the northern coastline, the developers are now flocking south where the hottest destinations for new real estate are the village of Lozenets and the town of Tsarevo.
Aspi Group showcased at the exhibition the Regina Mare apartment complex near Tsarevo. The property, comprising of apartments ranging between 40 and 120 sq m, should be ready by June 2007.
Longservices SRE, a consortium of Bulgarian, Italian and Swiss entrepreneurs, is developing properties in Lozenets, Tsarevo, Ahtopol and Varvara and is ready with the conceptual design for a development in Kiten.
The Lozenets Beach condo complex, comprising 120 units, should be completed by 2008. The company is investing in a second, smaller condo complex also in Lozenets. The Bay View complex in Tsarevo will have built-up area of 12,000 sq m and should be finished in time for the 2007 summer season. Sea Panorama is a Longservices SRE development sited near the town of Kiten.
Property developer Home for You is completing the first stage of the Oasis vacation community near Lozenets. The company said it has bought up adjacent plots to add a further 100 units to the complex in 2007.
